No silence on violence

What is Family and Domestic Violence?

Any behaviour that is violent, threatening, controlling or intended to make you or your family feel scared and unsafe can be considered family and domestic violence.

What is Coercive control?

Coercive control involves perpetrators using patterns of abusive behaviours over time in a way that creates fear and denies liberty and autonomy. People who use coercive control may use physical or non-physical abusive behaviours, or a combination of both. All abusive behaviours are serious.

What is Sexual Violence?

Sexual Violence means physical sexual acts without the consent of the other person or when the other person is unable to give consent.

Sexual violence includes sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking.
